System Software Solutions ("SSS") was acquired by Westchester's client Netstore in a transaction completed in August 2005. SSS is a UK-based IT security business that offers consultancy and design services; maintenance, support and managed services; and system integration services in IT security and data management.

The acquisition of SSS by Netstore went very smoothly throughout the entire process. I believe this is in no small measure due to Westchester's accurately identifying and matching both the Buyers and the Sellers needs very early in the process.

On behalf of all the shareholders of System Software Solutions, thank you to Westchester for playing such a key role in bringing the parties together and for steering the deal through to a successful conclusion for all concerned.
