We engaged Westchester to advise and assist us to identify, qualify and complete acquisitions for our Danka U.S. TechSource business operation. This engagement has required Westchester to work very closely with us, understand our business and objectives in detail and then to assist us throughout every step of the M&A process.We just competed a transaction which was the acquisition of Image One Corporation, a highly regarded printer services company, in which Westchester provided an invaluable service.

Their service included identifying, contacting, and qualifying the target company, helping us to develop in-depth financial analysis, and working with us to develop and structure the transaction. In addition, Westchester assisted in the negotiations, worked closely with our legal team to develop the LOI and final Agreement, helped organize the Due Diligence process and provided overall assistance of the process to a successful close.
