Westchester Advises KeConnect in Sale to Timico -- Another IP Communications sector transaction managed by Westchester

LONDON - April 3, 2007 - Westchester Technology Advisors LLP today announced that it has served as advisors to KeConnect Group Limited, a UK-based independent Internet Service Provider ("KeConnect"), in its acquisition by Timico Ltd. ("Timico"), an independent provider of converged communication services to the business market.

KeConnect has traded successfully since 1995 as a predominantly B2B Internet Service Provider based near Ipswich. Formed in 1987, the company has grown rapidly and is profitable, with over 6,000 broadband connections and a full suite of internet communication solutions including ADSL, domain names and point-to-point connectivity. KeConnect also have exclusive relationships with over 300 specialist computer outlet dealers.

Timico's acquisition of KeConnect supports their objective of becoming a leading player in the converged B2B space and strengthening its presence in the SoHo/Prosumer sector.
