Westchester Advises MIS Corporate Defence Solutions Limited in acquisition of IT Security Division -- MIS CDS acquires IT Security business from Nexus Technology Limited

LONDON - September 6, 2006 - Westchester Associates Limited (www.westchester.co.uk) today announced that it assisted MIS Corporate Defence Solutions Limited ("MIS CDS") www.mis-cds.com in its recent acquisition of the IT Security Division of Nexus Technology Limited ("Nexus").

MIS CDS, one of the UK's largest IT security providers, has agreed to purchase the IT Security Division of Nexus including all support and maintenance agreements of all of Nexus' security customers. MIS CDS will take on Nexus' commercial and technical security staff and will combine Nexus' security product portfolio with its own. The opportunities that this acquisition presents will secure MIS CDS' position as one of the foremost authorities on IT security in the UK.
