Bel Acquires Passive Components Business From Insilco Technologies, Inc. -- Westchester advises Bel throughout the process

SAN DIEGO — March 31, 2003 — Westchester Associates LLC (www.westchesterusa.com) today announced that it has acted as the M&A Advisor to Bel Fuse, Inc. (www.belfuse.com) throughout the process culminating in Bel's acquisition of the assets of the passive components business from Insilco Technologies, Inc., for approximately $35 million in cash and the assumption of certain liabilities.
