Chelford Group plc acquires SAP VAR and consultancy business from Notability Solutions plc -- Westchester advises Notability through a successful transaction
LONDON — December 17, 2002 — Westchester Associates Limited (www.westchester.co.uk) today announced that it has successfully introduced the buyer to its client, Notability Solutions plc (www.notability.com), in the sale of Notability's SAP Value Added Reseller (VAR) and related consultancy business to Chelford Group plc (www.chelfordgroup.com).
Steve Morris, Notability CEO remarked, "Westchester provided an excellent service to us, from the beginning of the sale process.
