LONDON – February 22nd, 2010 - Westchester Associates Limited today announced that founder Jeffrey Jenner is one of the speakers at the Megabuyte’s Forum first workshop “Maximising value - key considerations for attracting capital or a trade sale”. His “Thinking smarter about a trade sale” presentation will be a summary of lessons learnt from twenty years direct experience of transacting buy and sell mandates solely in the IT sector.

Ian Spence, twice voted TechMARK analyst of the year, and Principal of the Megabuyte Forum and Founder of IS Research said “Jeffrey is probably the most experienced M&A practitioner in the UK IT mid-market.
