We have worked with and engaged Westchester in multiple projects, with our first experience beginning with the acquisition of the Data/Ware Development business in 2000. In that case, Kevin O'Neill of Westchester was actually on the "other side of the table" representing the Seller. We then followed that experience by engaging Westchester to assist and advise us in several other projects including our acquisition of the Polaris Communications business from Crossroads Systems.

As a result of our long association with Westchester, we have truly valued their service to Luminex, as well as just plain enjoy working with them. Westchester's knowledge and understanding of our business, combined with the personal attention and expertise we receive from them, is why we continue to engage them to assist and advise us over the course of many years.

Luminex is a leading provider of mainframe to open systems connectivity and data storage products. We are privately held and headquartered in Riverside, California, with additional product development offices in San Diego, California and Beaverton, Oregon.
